Just before the start of summer, Andreja Zupančič presents her new children's single, This Train (Ta vlak), released by ZKP RTV Slovenija. This lively and playful country-inspired song invites young listeners and their families on a musical journey through towns, countryside landscapes, mountains, and all the way to the seaside. The song is based on a traditional melody, which Andreja has enriched with new Slovenian lyrics and a fresh arrangement. With its infectious energy, catchy chorus, and rich instrumental accompaniment, it encourages movement, singing, and quality time shared by children and parents alike. The recording features renowned Slovenian musicians: Blaž Celarec (drums), Gregor Cvetko (bass guitar), Miro Novak (acoustic guitar), Rok Lopatič (piano), and Damir Jazbec (harmonica), while the vocals were performed by Andreja Zupančič.

This is the first single from the upcoming project Glasbočasnice, which will come to life in the coming months as a music album, picture book, and concert performance. The project includes ten new songs for children and families, offering high-quality musical content designed to bring people together through music, play, and imagination. Glasbočasnice is being created to mark the 25th anniversary of Andreja Zupančič’s work in the field of children's music. The project brings together numerous established musicians, illustrators, and other experts from various artistic disciplines, and will be released in collaboration with Morfem Publishing House and ZKP RTV Slovenija.
