ZKP RTV Slovenia, in collaboration with Radio Slovenia’s ARS Programme and RTV Slovenia Music Production, is releasing the song Door 69, performed by vocalist Karin Zemljič and the Big Band RTV Slovenia. The song was written, arranged, and conducted by Matjaž Mikuletič, with lyrics by Bruno Urh. Door 69 will also be featured on an album of the same title, scheduled for release next year. The piece has already been performed several times with the Big Band RTV Slovenia as part of Matjaž Mikuletič’s composer showcase concerts – premiering in 2017 at SiTi Theatre, later being presented at Cukrarna, and most recently recorded for television last year. The song also features trumpeter Tomaž Gajšt as a soloist. With its lively tempo and energetic performance, Door 69 is sure to add extra vibrancy to the summer season.
