The legendary band Avtomobili, who this year celebrate 40 years since their first album and 42 years of existence, were invited to the recent 44th Festival Melodije morja in sonca (Melodies of the Sea and Sun Festival) as recipients of the special MMS Legend Award. They performed their latest song, Ti ne veš (You Don’t Know), which is being released by ZKP RTV Slovenija. With the song, the band wants to convey that we almost never realize how beautiful life really is. The music was composed by Mirko Vuksanović, and the lyrics were written by his brother, Marko Vuksanović.

Since the early 1980s, Avtomobili have consistently offered audiences their refined perspective on the world and human relationships—from the new wave era to pop rock, with occasional ventures into experimental rock. With polished and contemporary production and their distinctive vocals, they have captured the hearts of many across both their present and former homeland.
