ZKP RTV Slovenija, in cooperation with PGP RTS and the Zadužbino Milana Mladenovića, has reissued the vinyl album S’ vetrom uz lice (1986) by the cult band Ekatarina Velika (EKV). It is the group’s third studio album and the first with which they achieved a commercial breakthrough. The album includes the songs Ti si sav moj bol, Budi sam na ulici, and Kao da je bilo nekad. It was recorded and mixed in 1986 at Studio SIM in Zagreb by the band’s then members—singer and guitarist Milan Mladenović, keyboardist Margita “Magi” Stefanović, bassist Bojan Pečar, and drummer Ivan “Raka” Ranković, who replaced Ivan Fece Firči—with producer Dragan Čačinović.

The record is also included in the EKV box set, which sold out during pre-order in just eight days. A reprint of the box set is expected in the spring. In addition to eight restored vinyl records sourced from the original studio tapes—Katarina II (1984), Ekatarina Velika (1985), S’ vetrom uz lice (1986), Ljubav (1987), Samo par godina za nas (1989), Dum dum (1991), Neko nas posmatra (1993), and EKV 19LIVE!86 (1987)—the box set also includes a double CD with 27 demo recordings, working mixes, and alternative versions of songs from the period 1983–1993, as well as a 76-page book featuring previously unpublished photographs, documents, and stories from those involved in recording the albums.
