Prejemnik treh vesen na Festivalu slovenskega filma, nagrade Prešernovega sklada za režijo in viktorja za dokumentarno TV oddajo.

A documentary about a shocking and overlooked dark chapter in recent history. »The Children from Petricek Hill is more of a monument to the people who survived that loss than a document about a lost and destroyed childhood; however, as far as it is a documentary, it has the characteristics of a classic tragedy, according to which children have to pay for the sins and mistakes of their parents« (Zdenko Vrdlovec, film historian). Awarded with three Vesna awards at the Festival of Slovenian Film, the Prešeren Fund Award for Directing and the Victor Award for a documentary TV show.
